| (TA) Total Agreement The TA is a combination of both a (MA) Maintenance & (SA) Service Agreement. This program provides the benefit of both a planned maintenance agreement and budgeted labor for service repairs. The TA agreement combines the labor hours of both agreements to maximize the customer’s labor discount. A Maintenance Agreement (MA) of $25,000 or more must be under contract to be eligible for the TA labor rates. All TA agreements also include a discount of 10% on parts, $5 per hour travel & $.03 per mile. |
