| (SA) Service Agreement The SA program is designed to use service hours to repair any abnormal machine condition or failure. See examples below. KRC does not include service repairs in our Maintenance Agreement program. However, service repairs can be scheduled with our service department and a qualified technician will perform any repairs necessary to maximize equipment effectiveness. SA customers receive discounts on labor, 10% parts, $5 per hour travel & $.03 per mile.
