| Our Capabilities KRC Machine Tool Services takes care of our customers’ metal-cutting CNC machine tools from cradle to grave. We assist with the purchase, appraisal and warranty of new and used machine tools. KRC has the experience and manpower to tear down, move, re-assemble and set-up machines in a safe and expedient manner. In order to prolong the useful life and minimize downtime of our customers’ machine tools, KRC designs and implements custom preventative maintenance schedules, which are designed to prevent downtime by the efficient and timely application of a variety of preventive measures to crucial machine components. Accordingly, we also have Service Engineers ready to be dispatched to handle emergency breakdowns. When a machine reaches the point of needing a major overhaul, KRC Machine Tool Services is available to assess the machine and recommend the right rebuild, retrofit or remanufacture solution. We also offer insurance consultations, should a customer’s shop be damaged due to fire or other natural disaster.
