The KRC service agreement program is designed to use service hours to repair any abnormal CNC machine tool condition or failure. See examples below. KRC does not include machine tool repairs in our Maintenance Agreement program. However, machine tool service repairs can be scheduled with our service department and a qualified technician will perform any repairs necessary to maximize equipment effectiveness.
